Forearm Pain Relief Exercises in 5 min

I'm going to show you a simple 5-minute stretch and exercise routine to help relieve forearm pain. As a sports medicine physician, I've treated countless patients with forearm pain, and I've seen just how effective a well-structured exercise and strengthening program can be. The problem is, most people don't know where to begin. That's why I'm sharing this easy 5-minute routine that you can do 2 to 3 times a day to help alleviate your forearm pain. Warm up - 30 sec Wrist circles clockwise 10x Wrist circles counter clockwise 10x Wrist flexion / extension 5x Wrist pronation / supination 5x Extensor compartment stretch - 45 sec Flexor compartment stretch - 45 sec Resisted wrist extension - 10x (30 sec) Resisted wrist flexion - 10x (30 sec) Resisted pronation / supination - 10x (30 sec) Grip strength - 30 sec Finger extensions - 30 sec ► Things my patients have found helpful: I get a lot of questions about what equipment is ‘best’ for treating a variety of conditions.
