200 2-pump burpees + 2 squat combo: super challenging workout for the win! #fitover60

As the title suggests, this was a real challenge. In a way, that surprised me. I don't know if it was the # of squats or the heat of the day, or both, or neither. Either way, I am glad to have pushed through to the finish, even though I was thinking about a drink of water and felt like stopping. As I mentioned at the end, I don't think I've ever put my hands on my thighs to rest since I began incorporating burpees. Whatever the reason, that fact alone told me that it was a challenge which I managed to overcome and, I suppose, that's a win!
