This short Vinyasa power yoga flow would be suitable for someone with an existing yoga practice. I recommend having blocks and props to support you in this yoga flow and as always listening to your body. We will be connecting body and mind whilst flowing into poses such as low lunge, splits, standing split, handstand and more. If splits and handstand are not in your practice rest assured there will be other options, make sure to take what you need from this class.
