The incident occurred on November 15, 2013, and was witnessed by then-parish priest Fr. Thomas Pathickal. The host, preserved and later sent to Rome in 2020 for scientific examination, was confirmed as miraculous after years of study. Archbishop Joseph Pamplany announced the Vatican’s recognition on May 9, 2025, at a ceremony in the same church. The confirmation has brought immense joy to the local parish, with current priest Fr.
