Sigeumchi-namul (Seasoned spinach) Ingredients spinach 200g salt 5g fish sauce 10g Sesame oil 15g Sesame seed 1. Rinse the spinach thoroughly. 2. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 1~2 minutes and rinse in ice cold water and drain in a colander. 3. In a bowl, add blanched spinach, salt, fish sauce and sesame oil together and toss well. 4.
