#vfitwithvera #fullbodyhiit #fatburning We are celebrating 1️⃣5️⃣K with this NEW 50 MIN FAT BURN INTENSE FULL BODY Workout | Cardio+Strength HIIT, so we are going to BURN FAT🔥, DO CARDIO & SWEAT💦, BUILD💪🏼STRENGTH! 💯TOTAL BODY HIIT training will help you to LOSE WEIGHT FAST and build LEAN MUSCLE! We are going to keep the heart rate🆙with 20 NO REPEATS JUMP ROPE exercises (feel free to jump ropeless), as they make your body a FAT BURNING machine. With skipping in between the strength training exercises we burn MAX CALORIES. Every second exercise is a NO JUMP STRENGTH TRAINING move which can be performed with a set of DUMBBELLS 💪🏼 I am using 5 kg/11 lb dumbbells this time (and for the first time in my life 😅) and I suggest you pick up a lighter pair if you are new to those. ✅I recommend you check out the routine before jumping right in to get acquainted with the variations. I am sure the workout, however, tough, will leave you proud of yourself and bring lots of strength and energy!
