
25 Min LOW IMPACT Full Body Dumbbell CIRCUIT Workout | Metabolic Conditioning
Get your heart pumping with this low impact workout. In just 25 minutes, you'll get a full body workout that will leave you feeling energized and strong. Perfect for those looking for a high intensity workout without the high impact moves! What is METCON? Well it stands for Metabollic Conditioning and it combines a mix of strength training, Cardio and HiiT which improves the bodys ability to burn calories, improve endurance and strength. Day 2 - Todays session is LOW IMPACT meaning it contains no jumping, particularly useful for people who have just dont like jumping. Executing each exercise to the best form really helps you get the best out of the session and will prevent any injuries.
