A case for the younger audience. Residents in Pathology and Dermatology. The differential diagnosis lies between an inverted type-A nevus and a common blue nevus. Please comment as to which you think it is is, or some other diagnosis. Although I am slightly in favor of a combined nevus, I could go either way!!
