I typically recommend at least 2x/ week but you know your schedule and body better than anyone else. When to practice: Whenever it fits your schedule and aligns with how you want to feel for that part of your day. Some people enjoy it in the morning. Others might enjoy it at night to prepare for bed, but some might find itās too active for the nighttime. And others like it midday to destress and move a bit in the midst of a hectic day.
