Well then, let's go. I'm using a light Theraband here. You can, of course, also try it with a stronger band. Many exercises become easier this way, allowing us to hone our technique. Other exercises, on the other hand, become more difficult. So, a great addition to the classic Pilates workout. The workout is especially designed for intermediate levels. If you're a beginner, it's no problem at all. But don't be frustrated if you don't quite get everything right.
