Subscribe for more videos: https://goo.gl/wNqDQB RECIPE: GRILLED PORK CHOPS I recommend heritage pork 4x 1 1/2 " thick cut rib pork chops, bone in, about 240 gm each 1 Tbsp. olive oil (15 ml) salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste smoked not hot paprika, optional freshly chopped rosemary to taste Mustard bbq sauce: 3 Tbsp. good quality yellow - German or American style mustard 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (25 ml) 1 Tbsp. honey (15 ml) splash Worcestershire sauce chile flakes, optional Make bbq sauce in advance and save in fridge until ready to use. Preheat your Bbq to high Season the pork chops, drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with herbs. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side, approximately, brushing with bbq sauce once flipped, until internal temperature reads 160 D F or 71 D Celsius Let rest and serve with your favourite sides.
