The issue is I find No Requiem to be highly insulting to the original work. This video tries to go over this as a separate thing but the substance in which it adapts is just something I do not like. The artists involved have done some AMAZING stuff here. Some frames are beautiful and stunning. Yet I think this could have gone to an original project like what was happening with the gang after the credits rolled or any other form of fan fiction. This "The true ending of Attack on Titan" narrative creates a divide that only harms the franchise.
