Turkey and Pumpkin Pie Cup Recipe: Ingredients: For Cups: 200 grams Almond Flour ¼ cup Melted Butter 2 Eggs For Filling: 600 grams Ground Turkey 400 grams Pureed Pumpkin 200 grams Sweet Potato 200 grams Green Beans 100 grams Maitake or Chanterelle 50 grams Cranberries 50 grams Raw Turkey Heart 1 Vitamin E Tablet 10 grams Salmon Oil Cooking Instruction: For Cups: Mix flour, melted butter, and two eggs in a large bowl. Knead until crumbly. Lightly grease the baking tin with butter or oil then press the dough into the mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes or until the edges have turned a golden brown. Allow to cool fully then pop out of tin. For Filling: Prep sweet potato bake by puncturing the surface with a fork and baking on low for about an hour. You can add the potato to the oven with the crust cups to reduce prep time. After baking, chop in 1 inch pieces for the blender or food processor. If using raw ground turkey, lightly cook in a pan until the meat is just cooked. If using turkey leftovers try to stick with mostly white meat portions. Once ingredients are prepped, they can be added to a blender or food processor. Fill with enough water to give a pourable slurry consistency. Blend until smooth. Assembly Spoon filling into cups. Serve right away or frozen. The amount of filling and number of cups per meal is dependent on your dog’s calorie requirements. Recipe link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gSC9hN...
