Healthy Fusion⭕ / @healthyfoodfusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ / @foodfusionkids 00:00 Paratha Aloo wrap 00:09 Prepare Pickled Onion 00:23 Prepare Potato mixture 00:53 Assembling 01:35 Aray waah Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium -Sirka (Vinegar) ¼ Cup -Water ½ Cup -Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste -Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 500g -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful -Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Tandoori masala 1 tsp -Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbs -Mayonnaise 2 tbs -Plain paratha -Cooking oil 1-2 tbs -Band gobhi (Cabbage) finely shredded -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne -Podina raita (Mint yogurt sauce) -Paprika powder to taste Directions: -In a bowl,add onion,vinegar,water,pink salt,mix well & let them soak until served. -In a dish,add potatoes & mash well with the help of masher. -Add fresh coriander,pink salt,red chilli crushed,garam masala powder,tandoori masala,chilli garlic sauce, mayonnaise & mix until well combined. -On paratha,add 3-4 tbs of prepared potato filling & spread evenly. -On griddle,add cooking oil & heat it. -Place paratha (potato side down) & cook for 1-2 minutes. -Flip & on half side of paratha,add & spread cabbage,vinegar-soaked onion,capsicum,mint yogurt sauce,paprika powder,flip the other side of the paratha (makes 4-5) & serve! Recipe in Urdu Ajza: -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium -Sirka (Vinegar) ¼ Cup -Water ½ Cup -Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste -Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 500g -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful -Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Tandoori masala 1 tsp -Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbs -Mayonnaise 2 tbs -Plain paratha -Cooking oil 1-2 tbs -Band gobhi (Cabbage) finely shredded -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne -Podina raita (Mint yogurt sauce) -Paprika powder to taste Directions: -Bowl mein pyaz,sirka,pani aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & served kernay tak soak ker lein. -Dish mein aloo dal dein aur masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein. -Hara dhania,pink salt,lal mirch crushed,garam masala powder,tandoori masala,chilli garlic sauce aur mayonnaise dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Paratha per tayyar aloo filling ka 3-4 tbs dal ker evenly pheela lein. -Tawa per cooking oil dal ker garam karein. -Paratha (potato side down) rakh dein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein. -Flip karein aur paratha ki half side per band gobhi,vinegar-soaked pyaz,shimla mirch,podina raita aur paprika powder dal dein aur paratha ki dosri side ko flip ker lein (makes 4-5) & serve karein.
