KIMCHI STEW OR KIMCHI Jjigae (김치찌개) SIMPLE AND EASY RECIPE

KIMCHI Jjigae or KIMCHI STEW (김치찌개) Ingredients: Meat ~ 1/4kl grms of Skinless pork belly ,cut into bite sizez pieces ~ Seasoned with ground black pepper KIMCHI/Other Ingredients: * 1 1/2 cup Kimchi ~ cut into bite sizes *1/2 thinly sliced white onions *1/2 stalk small green onions thinly sliced *150g tofu, slice into cube size * 2~3 Cups water 1 tablespoon chilli paste 1 tablespoon (soybean paste) optional 1 tablespoon minced garlic Ginger (optional) Salt to taste Procedure: Step 1 Marinate the pork belly sliced with ground black pepper for about 10 mins Step 2 Heat the pan over medium heat with tablespoon of cooking oil,add the garlic,ginger and onions stir well Next add the pork belly, stirring often, until some fat has cooked out into the pan and the meat is cooked through but not browed,simmer for about 3 minutes, Add the KIMCHI and juices and cook, stirring occasionally until liquid evaporates about 5 minutes Add 2~3 cup water and bring to boil simmer over medium high Add the chilli paste, and soybean paste Reduce heat to medium stirring occasionally, until KIMCHI is softened and tender (about 20 minutes) Add tofu to the stew and cook about 3 minutes, Salt to taste,Lastly add the green onions and Serve!! ~ Cooking is all about your taste~ Thank you for Watching Have a Good Day! #Estellachannel #Howtocookkimchistew #kimchiJjigae #김치찌개 #kimchi
