Today's episode we are focusing on Social Wellness. Social wellness is our ability to build and maintain positive and healthy relationships with other people. When we do not have positive or healthy relationships, we tend to withdraw from the world and that is not a good thing to do. When we improve our social wellness, we start to improve our emotional wellness. It is my job as a national certified personal trainer to not only focus on physical fitness but to also focus on the health and wellness aspect of fitness.
