It was one out of three mortars to hit the Iraqi capital and the fourth time in the past week explosions hit at night. Most were believed to be targeting the so called green zone where the United States-led coalition lives and works. But this mortar hit a residential neighbourhood in the Karrada district of Baghdad. There were no casualties or even injuries. Only structural damage to one family's house. The Iraqi police arrested a man on Sunday night in connection with the incident. Coalition soldiers and Iraqi police alike have stepped up nightly patrols and checkpoints in a move to combat these type of attacks.
