TOPIC: HOW DOES YOUR FAITH INFLUENCE YOUR ABILITY TO FORGIVE? First Reading: Wisdom 1: 1-7 Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 139: 1b-3, 4-6, 7-8, 9-10 Alleluia: Philippians 2: 15d, 16a Gospel: Luke 17: 1-6 Today's passage in Luke 17:1-6 contains teachings by Jesus that touch upon themes of forgiveness, faith, and the power of even a small amount of sincere belief. The passage emphasizes the necessity of having a kind, forgiving attitude toward other people as well as the transformational potential of forgiveness. Today's passage from Luke highlights the vital principles of responsible behavior, forgiveness, and the transformative nature of faith. Let us all reflect on these teachings and incorporate them into our lives. This is the 1298th installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings. [NOTE: As we continue to pray for Bro Bong Arjonillo’s healing and recovery, let us listen to our brother Eric Villanueva, Mission Head for CFC Europe and the Americas, as he brings us today's reflection. All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives.
