#TheResurrectionOfJesus #TheReportOfTheGuard #JesusResurrectionProofs TOPIC: DO YOU STILL DOUBT THAT JESUS RESURRECTED FROM THE DEAD? First Reading: Acts 2:14, 22-33 Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 16:1-2A AND 5, 7-8, 9-10, 11 Alleluia: Psalms 118:24 Gospel: Matthew 28:8-15 In today’s gospel reading, we find two divergent reactions on the missing Jesus in the tomb. Mary Magdalene and the other Mary, mother of James, see Jesus themselves and are instructed by Him to tell the disciples to meet Him in Galilee. On the other hand, the guards report what they saw to the chief priests and elders and they were bribed to tell a lie to the people that Jesus’ body was stolen. To this day, this lie has been propagated and Jesus' divinity questioned. This is the 363rd installment of our CFC quarantine contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings. [NOTE: All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives.
