Japan lifts COVID-19 state of emergency in all remaining prefectures

It's already been removed in 37 other prefectures earlier this month as the number of new COVID-19 cases fell. The decision comes as health authorities observed a slowdown in the number of infections and with pressure on the medical system decreasing enough to loosen social distancing. However, experts believe the country's testing capacity is still low.
