#TheParableOfTheTenantsInTheVineyard #GoodCanComeOutOfEvil #Cornerstone #Hope TOPIC: CAN SIBLING RIVALRY EVER BE GOOD FOR YOU? First Reading: Genesis 37:3-4, 12-13A, 17B-28A Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 105:16-17, 18-19, 20-21 Verse Before the Gospel: John 3:16 Gospel: Matthew 21:33-43, 45-46 In today’s first reading, Joseph, the youngest sibling among twelve sons, is sold into slavery by his brothers. They were envious of him for being the favorite of their father, Jacob. Jacob was the son of Isaac, who was the son of Abraham. It is not uncommon for siblings to fight, and as they grow up, fights can separate them permanently. But God can bring something good even in bad. This is the 332nd installment of our CFC quarantine contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings. [NOTE: All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives.
