Manual Focus Pulled Pork Ingredients and Directions Score the fat of the Pork Butt and season it generously. Once Seasoned prepare your pellet grill and preheat to 300 degrees. For the first four hours until Bark starts to set spritz with either a 50/50 blend of water and apple cider vinegar or apple juice. Once bark has set place in foil pan. Top Pork Butt with brown sugar and 4-5 TBSP of butter.
