
Smoking Pork Shoulder on the Pit Boss Austin XL Onyx
We are smoking an 11lb pork shoulder on the Pit Boss Austin XL Onyx. This cook took about 9 hours and 30 minutes. It turned out great and tasted fantastic! I used Bone Suckin' Sauce seasoning to smoke the pork shoulder (Butt if you prefer). After it was done we pulled it and added about 1 1/4 cup of brown sugar and about 3/4 cup of Head Country BBQ sauce and mixed it all together. This made the best-tasting pull pork sandwiches.
