
Tasty Vegan Cauliflower Buffalo Wings (baked, no oil)
These tasty Vegan Cauliflower Buffalo Wings are so easy to make if you have some vegan buffalo sauce on hand! Vegan Cauliflower Buffalo Wings 1/2 wholegrain wheat or spelt flour (or use brown rice flour if gluten free) 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp ground cumin seeds 1/4 to 1 tsp cayenne pepper or chilli flakes (depending on your spice preference) 1/2 tsp salt Some black ground pepper, to taste 3/4 cup of plant milk (use 1/2 cup to start with and then add more if needed to create a rather thick batter) Bake at 230 degrees Celcius for 20 minutes, turning after the first 10 minutes. Then cover in Vegan Buffalo Sauce and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Enjoy with some vegan ranch dressing!
