I'm 8 weeks out from my show and my calories are low and cardio is high but I am so so motivated! If you're just trying to lose weight and "tone up" you don't need to be this extreme but it all comes down to the basics. Stick to high volume whole foods, make sure you get protein in all of your meals, and slowly increase cardio to increase your calorie deficit. It all comes down to calories in vs calories out!
