Pin and Save this recipe here: Follow on to save and pin all our delicious recipes!   / inthekitchenwithgrace1   Facebook:   / inthekitchenwithgrace1   Instagram:   / inthekitchenwithgracecooking   Recipe: 1lb Kielbasa Sausage sliced 1/2 red onion thinly sliced Fall vegetables like brussel sprouts, sweet potato, butternut squash (or use what you have on hand) 1 Tbsp minced garlic 2 Tbsp olive oil 1 tsp italian seasoning 1 Tbsp parsley 1 Tbsp parmesan salt and pepper Sauce: 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1/3 cup dijon mustard 1. Slice kielbasa, and cut other vegetables. Line on baking sheet or in baking dish. 2. Drizzle light olive oil over meat and veggies 3. In small bowl mix maple syrup and dijon mustard, add in the garlic and parsley and italian seasoning, whisk well. 4. Drizzle dressing over meat and veggies, sprinkle parmesan and salt and pepper on top. Bake 375 for about 20 minutes, until meat and veggies are cooked. Veggies should be tender.
