Originally part of a new year's eve flow, to twist out what we want to leave behind and open up for the new that's ahead, this beginner-friendly sequence will help you feel energized and at ease in just 15 minutes! We explore twists and gentle backbends. Twists are amazing to release tension along the spine, but also to twist out stuck energy and anything we need to let go. Backbends help us to energize as we open the front side of the body and activate our nervous system, and also open our heart for anything new ahead. You can practice this flow at any time of the day. Let's find joy in the body and mind.
