Get ready for this 15 min pregnancy all standing workout! This is a pregnancy workout which is safe for first, second and third trimester. We will get our cardio in and tone our muscles at the same time in this short but super effective 15 minute prenatal workout! Most pregnancy workouts are on the floor so I created an all-standing prenatal workout for you guys. There are no repeats in this full-body workout and we will definitely get our heart rate up but it's low-impact at the same time! So a perfect workout for pregnant women to stay fit during pregnancy. Make sure to listen to your body and take extra breaks in between if needed.
