Depending on how big you like to have your patties, cooking time will vary. 4. Then shape into round flat patties, place on a plate after all done cover and put in the fridge until 1/2 hour before you are ready to grill them, remove from fridge to rest at room temperature before you grill.  5. When ready to grill indoors or out, hot the gill first before placing the patties on the grill, light oil grill. 6. Place patties on the grill depending on the size of your grill don’t over crowd grill, let patties grill for 5 to 7 minutes on each side depending on the size.  7. If the patties got nice grilled marks on each side and is clear juice starting to release they are done, depending if you like them rear, medium, well done. 8. Before you remove them from grill add one piece of cheese of choice over the top of each patty, cover with a lid or foil wrap, turn off heat. Method for Buns: In a large bowl add flour and sea salt mix together. Then in a small bowl add warm water, yeast and sugar, let rise for 5 minutes. Mix your egg in a small bowl and in another bowl warm butter, then pour both in with the dry ingredients. After yeast have risen pour in with the other ingredients, then start mixing everything together with a spoon or mixer with hook. When dough becomes hard to mix use your hand and knead it by pulling the dough towards and pushing downwards, using more warm water or flour to bring it all together. After cut into 4 or 6 pieces, then roll them by pulling the dough downwards with bought hands making a ball. Place them on a pan lined with parchments paper, continue doing this until all done. Cut a cross in the top of each bun, drizzle with olive oil, and top with sesame seeds (optional). Then cover with a towel let rise for 10 minutes in a warm place. Pre-heat oven to 350ºF then bake for 25 to 30 minutes, depending on your oven. Then remove from oven take out of pan and place on a cooling rack. When cooled cut in half, add hamburger patty and top with choice of toppings.  Baking Tips: Double recipe for more buns, but don’t change the yeast amount. After buns are cooled put in freezer bag if you wish to keep them fresh for longer. After dough is made you can use any toppings on buns, cheese, poppy seeds, etc. I apologize in advance if anything in this video is not clear or miss read, please follow my recipe when making this dish.
