
Full Body Strength & Cardio HIIT Workout // Choose Your Intensity! All Standing
Please join me for this challenging full body workout! This routine really shakes things up and will activate your muscles for growth and provide optimal calorie burn. All exercises are standing and are set to a timer with 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest. There are a total of four rounds. Each round begins with one high impact cardio move (check modification boxes for low impact options) followed by two strength exercises. We will then repeat those same exercises for a second set. Please go at your own pace and use weights that are appropriate for your ability. For reference, I'm using a set of two 12 pound (5.4 kg) dumbbells.
