15 MIN KETTELBELL WORKOUT GLUTES / Build your glutes at home! #GLUTES #GLUTES #WORKOUT This is a 15 minute Kettlebell glute workout that targets your glutes and hamstrings. It is beginner friendly if you have never used weights before. However, that does not mean this workout will be easy. This is a workout to follow with rest periods included. Feel free to add a resistance band to the front squats and sumo squats if needed. Please do each rep with proper form and take your time! Really use that mind-muscle connection. If you don't have a Kettlebell use dumbbells or use 2 gallons of water and hold the handles. I use a 20 lb dumbbell. Press play and let's get to work! Thanks for watching!
