In this fun kettlebell workout we strengthen our lower body muscles easily at home in just 15 minutes. This workout targets your thighs, glutes, hamstrings and hip flexors. We start off with a warm-up and then do six effective kettlebell exercises for two rounds. All you need is one kettlebell and a mat. Choose a weight that you can hold overhead with both arms. We do the first four exercises standing and the last two are done on floor level.
