Everyone is talking about potential benefits of meditation. Many claim that regular meditation practice is life changing. But yet, it might be hard to actually get yourself to meditate. Life is so busy after all. I meditated inconsistently for the past few years as I tend to believe that meditation is a great mindfulness and self-care tool designed to aid us in overcoming stress, anxiety and other overwhelming feelings. It also can be used in order to clear your mind, bring yourself in a state of calm, relaxation and focus.
