
Upper Body Push Day | Chest Shoulders and Triceps with Dumbbells HIIT TRI-Set Workout at Home
Today is an upper body strength Push day with dumbbells, targeting on chest, shoulders and triceps. The format is HIIT TRI-Set workout at Home. 3 circuits x 3 exercises x 3 rounds. Each exercise is 45 sec on and 15 sec off. Today I use multiple different size of dumbbells (15 lbs, 12 lbs and 10 lbs) for today’s workout. All right, grab a yoga mat, let’s start it now. Okay... Keep a proper healthy diet and do at least 20-30 minutes cardio and resistance workouts as your weekday routines. Relax or do stretches to recover your body on weekends.
