Thanks to their unique ability to absorb liquid, chia seeds make baked goods moist, tender, and incredibly tasty. Let’s make these amazing muffins together! Ingredients: • 100 ml natural Greek yogurt • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds • 50 g oats • 1 apple • 2 eggs • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 tsp baking powder Instructions: 1. Prepare the chia seeds: Mix 100 ml of Greek yogurt with 1.5 tbsp of chia seeds and let them sit for a few minutes to absorb the liquid. 2. Grind the oats: Blend 50 g of oats until they reach a flour-like consistency. 3. Make apple puree: Remove the seeds from an apple, cut it into small pieces, and blend until smooth. 4. Mix the batter: In a bowl, combine the apple puree with 2 eggs, then add 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tsp baking powder. 5. Add the chia mixture: Stir in the soaked chia seeds with yogurt and mix well. 6. Incorporate the oats: Add the ground oats and mix everything until smooth. 7. Fill the muffin cups: Pour the batter into muffin molds, filling them about 70%. 8. Bake: Place the muffins in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes. 9. Enjoy!
