#koreanfoodforpinoys #korphilcouple #anchovysidedish #banchan INGREDIENTS: ♥150g anchovies (the really small variety) ♥2 tbsp cooking oil + 1 tsp sesame oil ♥ 2 cloves garlic, crushed ♥ 1 5 tbsp onion, finely chopped ♥ 1tbsp sugar ♥ 1Tbsp mayo +1/2 tsp soysauce ★ In a heated pan, add anchovies Do not add oil This will remove excess moisture from the fish Keep on stirring until you hear a crackling sound from the fish then transfer into a bowl ★ Use a new pan Use medium heat Add cooking oil and sesame oil ★Add garlic and onions and saute until onion becomes transluscent ★ Add sugar and stir until it dissolves ★Add back the anchovies Stirfry well ★Add mayo and soysauce Make sure everything gets coated You can add roasted nuts or even sliced chilis to this once done ★ Ready to eat!
