Righteous Reps: "Highlights' 200 burpees + 500 squats + 500 pushups #fitover60

Shortest video (this one) and longest video, both uploaded today. (#whatevs) This combination: i.e., burpees + squats is, so far, my favourite. It's a very good upper and lower body volume workout for both fitness and, dare I say, hypertrophy. I have been focusing more and more these days on solid form with full amplitude. As @dadgetsfit would say: get the squats down "in the bucket". I could go further to "ass-to-grass" but I prefer to keep them wherein my lower back remains neutral and/or straight. A rounded lumber is no big thing when there is no load, but all the same, I am trying to keep it to the higher range. I'm also trying to get the push ups going from chest-to-ground all the way to lock-out (but not hyper-extending). The latter is a little tougher to do, but perhaps ought to be, at least, a metric to strive for more often than not. Anyway, like I say, the burpee-plus-squat thingy is good and is definitely going to be a regular part of the mix. This workout was, as follows (full video is way long.
