Today, I’m sharing a recipe for a very delicious and healthy dessert. This is a perfect option for anyone looking for something diet-friendly, as it contains no sugar and no flour—just natural ingredients. This dessert is ideal even for those trying to lose weight! Ingredients: • 1 ripe banana • 80 ml low-fat yogurt • 1 egg • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 drop red food coloring (optional) • 50 g oatmeal Instructions: 1. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork until it becomes a puree. 2. Add 80 ml of low-fat yogurt and mix until smooth. 3. Crack one egg into the mixture and mix again thoroughly. 4. Add 1 tsp of baking powder and a drop of red food coloring for a vibrant color. 5. Blend the oatmeal into fine flour using a blender and add it to the mixture. Mix everything well. 6. Fill silicone molds with the mixture, filling them no more than 50%. 7. Place the molds in a preheated oven and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes. Our dessert is ready!
