I’ve prepared a perfect diet dessert recipe for you that you can enjoy even while losing weight. These cupcakes without sugar or flour will become your favorite healthy snack. They help maintain stable blood sugar levels and let you take care of your figure without giving up sweets. Ingredients: • 100 ml of low-fat yogurt • 2 eggs • 1 banana • 30 g of melted butter • Oat flakes (blended into flour) • Chocolate (for decoration) How to Make It: 1. Pour 100 ml of low-fat yogurt into a bowl. Add 2 eggs and mix thoroughly until smooth. 2. Peel the banana, mash it with a fork until it turns into puree, and add it to the mixture. 3. Add melted butter and mix again. 4. Blend oat flakes into flour using a blender and add them to the batter. Mix until you get a smooth dough. 5. Fill a piping bag with the batter and pour it into molds, filling them up to 70%. 6. Bake the cupcakes for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Let them cool down. 7. Melt the chocolate and dip the tops of the cupcakes into it. 8. Decorate with banana slices dipped in chocolate and place them on top. That’s it! A simple and healthy dessert is ready.
