Day 1: Starting Alternate Day Fasting | Intermittent Fasting
I realized after filming this that I said Altermittent Day Fasting, but I meant Alternate Day Fasting. ADF (Alternate Day Fasting) FAST: 36 hours (24 hours if you can't do 36 hours) *I have read that if you can't get past the hunger pains in your fasting days, you're allowed to have up to 500 calories *Also read that artificial sweeteners may stimulate insulin release (triggering hunger), so you can try using them if you'd like & if you get good results, continue using them, but if they trigger hunger for you, you may want to stop using them. EATING WINDOW: 12 hours (8am-8pm) & being mindful of the calories I take in. I didn't find a clear cut eating window within my research nor if you're to take in a certain amount of calories on your eating day. So this is the eating window I'm doing for myself. Some say you can eat at anytime as long as you're finished by the end of the day & others say to stop eating at a certain time and others say to have a 12 hour eating window. Some say to count calories and others day it doesn't really matter. What I say is to experiment for yourself and do what's best for you.
