Grab your kettlebells and mini band (small loop resistance band) for a killer glutes & abs workout! 15 Min Glutes & Abs KETTLEBELL & Mini Band Workout can be done with dumbbells if you don't have kettlebells. Using weights we are adding resistance to shape and tone the glutes and develop strong abs. This workout is suitable for everyone, beginners you might need to take modifications where needed as some ab exercises will be challenging and intense.
