Kongnamul(soybean sprout) is a popular ingredient to use for side dish, soups, stew and many more it contains tons of vitamin C and Bs so we have Kongnamul soup after heavy drinks it's a good hangover soup :) The sauce is really good for dipping vegetables and fried tofu Make good amount of it and keep it in a refrigerator Ingredients -2C Rice -250g Soybean sprouts -100g Ground beef -1 2/3C Water -2 pieces of Kelp For marinated beef -1/2T Soy sauce -1T Mirin -1t minced garlic -pinch of black pepper Marinate ground beef at least 10 minutes Yangnyeomjang- Flavor soy sauce -3T Soy sauce -1T Mirin -1T Sesame oil -1t Agave -1t minced Garlic -1/2t Korean Chili powder -Toasted sesame seed -pinch of black pepper optional -1/2 Jalapino (chopped) - 1 scallion (chopped) -15 stems of Korean chive (chopped)
