How I would hit 150g of protein

How I would hit 150g of protein 🥩 I'm using 150g of protein is a rough average for most people, but if you don't know how much protein to have, then I would start with around 0.7-1g of protein per lb of body weight. This isn't a strict rule you have to stick as everyone is different, for example mine is a lot higher as it's just something I've built up to over years of tracking, but this is a great start and is what majority of people will only need. When it comes to hitting your protein, it's just a matter of prioritising your protein intake, and building the habit of including more protein sources for each meal. Keep in mind though that other food items do have protein which I would still include in your daily protein intake as it just makes tracking easier, which then could also make hitting your protein that little bit easier too 🙂 - Afterpay Day Sale coming soon 👀 @musclenation - DISCOUNT CODE: "LEE" ♪ This Is For You (Prod. by Lukrembo) Link :     • lukrembo - this is for you (royalty f...   - #wegojim #bodypositivity #gymcomedy #fitness #fitnessmotivation #fitnessreels #fitnesscommunity #nutrition #nutritiontips #buildmuscle #dieting #protein #calorietips #trackingtips #dietingadvice #caloriedeficit #gymhumor #gym #gymmotivation #gymlife #gymvideos #bodybuilding #bodybuildinglifestyle #training #trainingtips #highprotein #iifym #myfitnesspal #foodtracking #calorietracking
