Our website link: https://www.bonitaskitchen.com INGREDIENTS: 1 OR 2 BOTTLES OF SWEET APPLE WEDGES ( apple wedges ) 1 ev. Gelatine ¼ Cup, cold water 4 Cups, graham cracker crumbs ½ Cup, melted butter ¼ Cup, brown sugar or white sugar 1 Box, whipped cream 1 Cup, powdered icing sugar METHOD: In a saucepan on a medium heat add sweet apple wedges, ( follow recipe sweet apple wedges for this method) In a large bowl add graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar, mix well by hand or spoon. You will need a 8 x 8 square pan, line with parchment paper, add graham crust mixture and pat down. In a 350ºF oven bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from heat and cool. In a bowl add 1 ev. pack of gelatine into ¼ cup cold water, let sit until jelled. After pour 1 cup of the hot apple wedge juice into the bowl with the gelatine and mix pour the apple wedges into the same bowl and fold together. Put in fridge until liquid starts to gel then pour over baked graham crust, this can take an hour or less. NOW! Layer the ingredients in 8 x 8 pan with room temperature graham crust, then add apple wedges filling, and top with whipped cream mixture. In a small bowl mix whipped cream and add powdered sugar, mix well. Put in fridge for couple hours or over night, cut in squares when ready to serve, or any size you wish. TOFFEE SAUCE: ¼ Cup, brown sugar 2 Tbsp, salted butter 1 Tbsp, cream or milk Microwave until butter is melted ( about 30 seconds to 1 minute ) Remove from microwave and stir with fork or whisk until all ingredients have blended into a thick sauce.
