This morning, the National Police located and captured the criminal, identified as Juan Carlos Pacheco Palma, 33, in the La Esperanza neighborhood, District III of Managua. This individual allegedly intimidates his victims with sharp weapons to rob them of their belongings and managed to flee the scene after completing his mission.
