🤰1st and 2nd Trimester Pregnancy Workout | 4.5kg Dumbells, No Repeat & No Breaks🤰 Join me in this Full Body Strength Workout - 20-Minute Pregnancy Strength Training designed especially for all us fit moms and moms-to-be! This session includes a gentle warmup to prepare your body and a relaxing cooldown to help you recover. I’m using 4.5kg weights in this video, but everything from 1-5kg is suitable. Just use whatever feels good for you today. This pregnancy strength workout is suitable for first and second trimesters and includes: • Warmup: 2.5 minutes of pregnancy-safe dynamic stretches • Full Body Strength Routine: 15 minutes of pregnancy-friendly exercises using one or two dumbbells • Cooldown: 2.5 minutes of gentle stretching to aid in recovery Grab your weights and let’s stay fit together 💪. Please note: Always consult with your doctor/midwife before exercising. Every woman experiences pregnancy differently and you should only do what feels good for you and your baby.
