Effective Upper Body Strength Push Day - Chest|Shoulders|Triceps Dumbbells TRI-SET Workout at Home

Today is an upper body strength Push day for chest, shoulders, & triceps dumbbells TRI-Set workout at home. 3 circuits x 3 exercises x 3 rounds. Each exercise is 45 sec on and 15 sec off. I use one set of 12 lbs and one set of 6 lbs dumbbells for today’s workout. We also need a bench for several exercises. If you don’t have it, just lie down on the floor. All right, grab a yoga, let’s start it now. Okay... Keep a proper healthy diet and do at least 20-30 minutes cardio and resistance workouts as your weekday routines.
