Why a 36 hour fast? | Fasting Benefits
The 36 hour fast is one of my favorite lengths of fast. It is known as the fat burner fast and when done right is a powerful fasting tool. In this video I highlight the benefits that you can experience when you add the thirty six hour fast to your fasting lifestyle. It is about more than fat loss - it's about taking control of your life and your health by living everyday with your goal in mind.
