In this video, you will learn how to make this delicious vegan meatloaf. #vegan #fitveganrecipes #veganmeatloaf __________________________________________________ Shop High-Protein Pea Crumbles https://amzn.to/3tkt35B __________________________________________________ FOLLOW ME: ♥Instagram:   / fitveganchef   ♥Website: https://fitveganchef.com __________________________________________________ VEGAN MEATLOAF RECIPE: MAKES: 4 servings MACROS PER SERVING: 24g protein / 16g carbs / 6g fat INGREDIENTS: -1/2 cup vegetable broth -30g flaxseed 1/4 cup -100g chopped onion (about 1 cup) -50g chopped carrot (about 1/2 cup) -50g chopped celery (about 1/2 cup) -28g canned sweet peppers (optional) -2-3 cloves garlic, minced -112g pea protein crumbles https://amzn.to/3tkt35B -1/2 cup vegetable broth (4oz) -2 tablespoons liquid aminos or tamari -2 teaspoons dried thyme -1/2 teaspoon salt -1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper or chili powder -1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper -30g garbanzo flour (1/2 cup) -2 tablespoons optional bbq sauce INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×5 loaf/bread pan with parchment paper. 2. In a small bowl, make a "flax egg". Add flax seeds and vegetable broth, mix until well combined, and set aside. 3. In a large pot, add onions and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until translucent. Add carrots and celery and cook for 2 minutes or until tender. Add sweet peppers and garlic. 4. Once everything is well combined, lower the heat and add Longeve crumbles, vegetable broth, liquid aminos, thyme, salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Allow the crumbles to absorb all the liquid. 5. Once all the liquid is absorbed, slowly add the flax egg mixture and garbanzo bean flour. Fold until reaching a sticky mixture. 6. Transfer meatloaf mixture to the bread or loaf pan. Press down and spread the mixture evenly. 7. Bake for an hour, add optional BBQ sauce, and bake for an additional 10 minutes. 8.
