
30-DAYS FLAT TUMMY CHALLENGE: CORE EXERCISES FOR KIDS
For the last workout of the year I prepared an amazing challenge for kids: 30 consective days of this exercise to burn belly fat and get a super flat tummy!! These exercises target the core region, working the muscles to eliminate excess fat and strengthen them. This is a series of dynamic exercises that will certainly keep your kids healthier and stronger.
